1. What we provide: A weekday email brief and associated templates (“Service”), offered free of charge unless you opt into a paid tier. 2. Who may use it: You must be at least 18 years old and not barred by UK export or sanctions laws. 3. Intellectual property: All copy, templates and graphics are © 2025 The Founder Associate. You may forward emails unchanged for non-commercial purposes. Any other reuse requires written permission. 4. Fair use & prohibited conduct: No scraping, mass-downloading, or re-selling of the content or subscriber list. We may suspend access if you breach this clause. 5. Disclaimer: Content is for general information only—no legal, tax, or investment advice. We try to be accurate but make no guarantees. Use at your own risk. 6. Liability cap: Our total liability to you is limited to £50 or, if you are a paying subscriber, the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. 7. Cancellation & refunds: Free tier: unsubscribe any time. Paid tier: pro-rata refunds for any unused full months if you cancel within the first 14 days (Consumer Contracts Regs). 8. Changes to these terms: Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance. 9.
